Not great outside today, so am staying safe & warm indoors. Have done the RSPB birdwatch with Martin , so have a free evening to craft. Hi, hope you are all keeping well. I had a lovely day today ..went out to the E.N.M.  AGM, with a meal included. Then Martin made tea while I finished these cards off. I really must start using inks.!!! MESSY

Would you believe it !!!!!!!!!!!!

Was having a lovely holiday ........until yesterday when our boiler went off & started leaking. Repair man came early today, then Martin & myself went for a walk along the river Wensum & guess who slipped over in the mud ? You guessed correctly, although OH says it was a tree root ! Right hand which I broke years ago is playing me up, hope its just bruised or soft tissue damage {as they call it nowadays}.

Birthday cards.

Hi, I'm lucky enough to be on holiday this week, and as weather is not too good { dull and wet }, I'm in the warm eating chocolate & drinking milky coffee ! The image on the pink card is from a DC friend, she will know who she is, ribbon from sale at local retailer, card cut by hand, hand made toppers and DC papers. I think if I start using more embellishments the cards will have to be boxed.

At long last, {and you may think it wasn't worth waiting for } I have a card. I am in a challenge on the DC site by Snoflake where you make a Christmas card each week, and by the end most people will have all they need for personal use. I really needed to do this as I bought lots of cards last year and was a bit ashamed. This year I hope to use up stash laying around, and if I have any cards left they will go to a charity. This image was kindly given to me by a friend, thankyou.

I am finding it difficult to keep up with peoples blogs, so please excuse me I'm not being rude ....just lacking time. I tried Redrotties DC weekend bloghop and although I enjoyed it I will have to do it in my own time {if you know what I mean }. I have just spent an astronomical amount of money to have a dress for our re--enactment { regency }, made up. It's not finished yet, fitting on 21st this month.Happy crafting to all.

Sorry for the state of this site, but my lovely niece set it up for me at the New Year, and I was going for a lesson today to learn how to place pics on here. Only thing is I have a sad case of the sniffles, and have given up to rest. I am enjoying other blogs though, and will probably never have time to make another card !!!!!!!!

Made it to the end of the week !!!!

Tough week at work, and struggling with a cold { just like half the population }. Promised myself a trip to Joanne's demo at Taverham , Norwich tomorrow so hope I feel lots better. My mums birthday too on Monday and no card made !!!!!!! This blogging and DC forum is creating havoc. Hope to find out how to place pics on the blog tomorrow if my lovely niece is about. Have fun this weekend.
